Terms and Conditions for Paper Strike

By downloading, installing, or using Paper Strike ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

Paper Strike SASU grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Game in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You shall not:

Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the Game
Impersonate any person or entity
Engage in any form of harassment or offensive behavior

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, designs, and text, is the property of Paper Strike SASU and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases. These purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

6. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are generally available for purchases made within the last 14 days.
You must have less than 2 hours of gameplay time to be eligible for a refund.
Some items, such as virtual currency, consumables, and items marked as "non-refundable," are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

Visit the official refund request website for the platform where you made the purchase.
Sign in with the account used to make the purchase.
Select the item you want to refund.
Choose a reason for your refund request.
Submit your request.

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours.
If approved, it may take additional time for the funds to be returned to your original payment method.

Important Notes

You can usually only refund a specific item once.
Refunding an item may result in losing access to it.
In-app purchases and subscriptions often have different refund policies and may not be refundable.
Some jurisdictions may have additional consumer rights regarding refunds.

Platform-Specific Policies

Apple: Refunds can be requested through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play: Refunds within 48 hours may be possible, but after that, you need to contact the developer.
